Lead Work Solutions is committed to delivering reliable services and quality products that meet industry standards and client expectations. Our goal is to maintain transparency, professionalism, and accountability in all transactions. This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, or service-related reviews may be considered. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, clients acknowledge and agree to the provisions outlined in this policy.

All return or refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product delivery or completion of services, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, proposal, or contract. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review. Eligibility for returns applies only to physical products supplied by Lead Work Solutions and does not automatically apply to services once they have been rendered.

To qualify for a product return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Products that have been installed, modified, altered, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return. Any product returned in damaged condition, whether due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow provided instructions, may be rejected upon inspection. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, workplace safety, and compliance with operational standards.

For service-based engagements, returns are not applicable once services have been performed. However, Lead Work Solutions recognizes the importance of service quality and client satisfaction. If a client believes that services were not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, specifications, or professional standards, they are encouraged to notify us promptly. Such concerns will be reviewed in good faith, and where appropriate, corrective action may be considered. Corrective action may include clarification of deliverables, limited rework, or alternative resolutions, depending on the nature of the concern and the terms of the agreement.

To initiate a return or service review request, clients must contact Lead Work Solutions directly and provide relevant information, including order number, invoice reference, project details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Once a return request is received, it will be reviewed by our team to determine eligibility. If approved, the client will receive instructions regarding return shipment. Approved product returns must be shipped to the following address:

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error, defect, or issue attributable to Lead Work Solutions. Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Lead Work Solutions is not responsible for items damaged due to inadequate packaging or improper shipping methods.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Lead Work Solutions will conduct an inspection to verify condition and compliance with return eligibility requirements. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing times typically range from five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the financial institution and payment provider. Original shipping charges, handling fees, or service fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Lead Work Solutions reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or adjustment request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. All determinations are made fairly and consistently, with consideration given to contractual obligations, product condition, and service scope.
