Lead Work Solutions is committed to providing dependable shipping and delivery of physical products in a timely and professional manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled, as well as the responsibilities of both the company and the client throughout the shipping process.

All product orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or operational requirements. Once an order has been processed and shipped, the client may receive confirmation and tracking information when available.

Lead Work Solutions currently ships within the United States, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product type, and logistical considerations. Estimated delivery times provided at the time of purchase are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Lead Work Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or specified in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated in writing. Lead Work Solutions does not assume responsibility for additional costs resulting from expedited shipping requests unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Lead Work Solutions is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the client. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and handling rests with the carrier. Lead Work Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier has confirmed receipt. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in communicating with carriers and filing claims where applicable.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, clients must notify Lead Work Solutions within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Notifications should include clear photographs of the packaging and products, along with order details. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the matter. Upon verification of the issue, Lead Work Solutions will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reshipment, or alternative corrective action.

Lead Work Solutions is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from improper handling after delivery, including but not limited to improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions. Clients are encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and report any concerns promptly.

This Shipping Policy is intended to establish clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties. By placing an order with Lead Work Solutions, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. We remain committed to providing dependable service, clear communication, and professional support throughout the shipping and delivery process.
